It is a pun in reference to dirt-bike racing, and the bikes do get dirty believe me, I've washed my share. It's also a slight to the lure of the "dirtiness" that after all stays in Vegas doncha know.

Sorry, maybe I'm dumb. I didn't understand what's dirty about the show
referred to in your post. Maybe there is a context and background that in this part of the world we don't know of.
