rgylford... it's soooo true....  people are custom to people watch.. lurking in the background and unnoticed most of the time... it's hard to choose which have bad intentions, which are just learning, and which are just curious..   as for the background.. i set my font for a pale blue.. you should be able to read it, becuase it shows up perfect on my screen... i took the static off for you now... but i forget how i changed the font color.. are you able to read that blue without the dark back ground now???

Hey
What kind of animated background is this. You cannot see the type without highlighting it all. Try a white or lighter colored font for your text.

I know it's the understatement of the millennium, but
I think you're doing the right thing. You'd better watch the watchers 'cuz they're certainly watching you.

We don't have the luxury, anymore, of trusting total strangers. People disappear every day. There was a girl who lived about 30mi north of me who went missing while on a morning jog. The search came up with one police sketch and someone who fit the sketch but had nothing to do with the crime.

I lived in the LA area from 1990 to 1992 in Van Nuys, so I know how densly populated that area is, and not everyone has everyone else's best interests at heart. But that's true anywhere.

I've had employees who had to have a security escort because of wacko exes under restraining orders contacting them anyway.

Whenever I walk at night I carry a flashlight with me and I'm looking around me constantly. The trail I use is mostly sand and gravel, so it's hard to be totally silent for an extended period. So I listen and look.

Being on autopilot can cost you, and it's not a price any of us can afford.
