Goverment garbage pickup?
No way. We have a private company. They give us huge garbage cans, rectangular and tall, on wheels. Wheel it to the road, the garbage truck pulls up, two metal controlled arms grab it, dump it into the truck, set it back down and it then zips up to the next on. Whole operation takes 5 seconds. One man does it all from the drivers seat. This happens twice a week.
Now THAT'S free enterprise building a better way.
