Thanks Taps. I have actually cancelled my subscription, but am thinking
that may change. Perhaps I can scrounge about for some extra time to write weekly at least.

JanesO, This is a great post and great questions put forth. You probably already know that in my opinion, the great vacuum of the society is due to the personal vacuum in individual lives. When the personal vacuum's are filled with the love of God and the belief in Jesus as Lord of Life, the social problems will begin to take care of themselves.

THIS CHANGE WILL NOT COME EASILY, AS YOU HAVE INDICATED WITH YOUR CONCERN. STILL, THERE IS, FOR EXAMPLE, A RUSSIAN EMIGRE, A CHRISTIAN, WHO'S BOOKS AND BROADCASTS ARE DISTRIBUTED THROUGHOUT THE FORMER SOVIET UNION. HE CAN RELATE TO THE RUSSIAN PEOPLE. OTHERS, TOO, STRUGGLE AND PATIENTLY WORK TO ENLIGHTEN; AND YET, FORMER KGB PUTIN'S ACTIONS ARE A PROBLEM, AND THAT IS NOT ALL.- TELEVISION, HOLLYWOOD, ETC.,. CONFLICT WITH HIGHER CALLINGS.
