The "animosity" comes because . . .
they prey on those who are weakest; I hold no less contempt for those non-religious scam artists who play other con games, but this blog is about religion, so I concentrate on that particular type of sham artist.

The pastor of a church in
Bellevue WA would have one day a year in which he preached against homosexuality with great fanfare. He was eventually caught in Florida coming out of a men's restroom in a public park. He was arrested without the police knowing who he was. Later word came out that he had propositioned people in the church.

He was a classic case of projection.

What I wonder is why you have such an animosity toward televangelists. Obviously, they are are menace and should be stopped, but there are all sorts of frauds in the world.

I do think that it's a reasonable expectation that the biggest promoters of religion would be at least in the "above average" group for humans in general.

when you write it. Feel free to comment here again, and leave a link to your blog.

they're flim flam experts every one of them
the more religious they appear, the more they're hiding.
take the Catholic priests and sexual abuse -- such a "holy" appearance and way of speaking --
behind the scenes
