Hi, Steve! See - comments generate return clicks! (Actually, I've read here before and didn't leave a comment).

Steve, you've been around quite a while,so you should have learned that commenting is how you advertise within blogit. The more you advertise, the more visitors you are likely to get, which reflects in the clicks and the earnings. Make it a point to do 20 (meaningful) comments every time you post to one of your blogs (and cut down the number, if you are not using them - don't confuse people).

In terms of earning money from writing (despite my post on bloggers as professional writers), you DON'T make money by writing 75,000 word novels on spec. You start by writing a synopsis (maybe 7,500 words), and then seeing of anyone is interested in seeing the rest of it. Despite all the writing courses (think of it: did you recognise the person teaching it from their works? - most are taught by people who read those year books),you can only home your writing when it hits the coalface: people who BUY the stuff.

Instead of concentrating on fiction, look at the facts market, the copy market. These are more likely to generate income

More, you can bring your unique viewpoint to all thise areas - that's the secret you can sell to the world; it's YOURS, and ONLY YOU have it.

Try thinking about what you have to offer in exchame for that money.  Everyone has something...maybe your thing just isn't romance or soft porn.
