Unfortunately, Dennis, these are real people; real daily situations.
Even though the last two references were only hypothetical examples, I'm more than convinced this too happens daily. I feel that by somehow rehabbing them to at least raise their level to a 3, we are doing the world some justice.

HolyG, I find that hard to believe.
I have a hard time picturing too many of us here in Blogitville ever being a Level 1!! That's pretty bad. I can say that most of us at one time or another do have at least a Level 3 or 4 now and then!
