GlennB, I respect your right to an opinion. I just disagree because I see
things from a more global perspective.  I am sorry if I offended you.

What I meant
kingmi,

Actually I meant fear, greed, hate? By the way the oil is there it is a matter of control. We have to pay for it regardless who gains. Stop it with 9/11! Iraq is a war against humanity.

GlenB, If by the "human frailties that sustain domination" you meant the weakness of people against terrorists, then I think you could have applied that to all of the world, pre-911.  I mean we were being attacked and didn't even know it.   But if you are talking about the weakness of the Iraqi peoples, and the domination of America, I think you have lost me.  George said in his first innaugural, that America goes into the world to liberate, not to conquer.  The USA does not need Iraqi oil, so much as the entire world needs a free-flowing pipeline, especially in the next twenty-five years, as China increases it's energy needs.  Then when the hydrogen energy cell is perfected we can all relax a little about our cry of "blood for oil".  That shouldn't be more than 25 years.  Good post today!
