For the most part, I do ignore it. But when it's right there on the main page in front of my face it's hard to ignore.
Last night I read one such blog in the hopes that the funky capitalization didn't really mean that the blog's content would be horrid as well. Sadly, I was let down. The content of this particular blog was horrible, misspelled all over the place (in general I am not bothered by spelling as I am horrible at spelling myself), and there were run-on senteces, improper punctuation, etc.

i always wondered why he had no caps ever
then theres james joyce who wrote at least one entire novel with only 2 sentences now thats weird dont you think
the only time i dont use caps at all is when i am chatting with someone i do that only because i am typing so fast and they know that i have a background in writing so its not something i normally do

those who don't use caps. i know that can be awfully annoying. maybe we should start a list add no punctuation while we are at it you know what i mean
