Taps, as long as we're trading with them, who cares? This is detente all
over again.  Nixon said as long as we're talking to them, we're not fighting with them.  Barnett (2004) says that if they are trade partners and have nukes, then because of MAD, we'll never have war with them.  We'll have war with those excluded from the new global market (country club?).  Have a good holiday!  Love ya'.
