Canine, You're joking! Country music?
I know, my boss just stands there and smiles while we play.  It's not costing him a dime, and makes me feel like the Piano Man.

a friend of mine bought a bar about a year ago and i play there for free once in a while. we used to play together in a band and every now and then we get back together just for laughs. it is a blast to play 'out' especially when you're not getting paid because you don't have to worry about being liked.

canine, I guess we pulled a fast one.

We talked several gorups into donating their time and talent.  Our owner was the coffee vendor on campus at ISU for years.  Thought we might help a neighbor build a barn!  Teach the kids what helping a neighbor is about.

Kingmi...
What a cool idea you had.  You should come to my home town and start this up in our coffee bar.  Or maybe I will encourage my brother to do it...Good idea.  You know imitation is the highest compliment.

Woohoo!
As one who knows all about the divorce pain you speak of, congrats on finding ways to free yourself from it all, my dear :)
