Barrett, Keep Bugeling!
I was one who also hoped and prayed that Michigan would be a RED state.  Alas, no.  But I was at least reassured that my little corner of the world -- West Michigan -- was shining a bright red for Bush.  And yes, I agree that Granholm is not helping matters any.  So let's see if we can fix that during the next gubernatorial election, eh?

I have never heard rush
speak the truth any time I've heard him
lots of name-calling and innuendos -- and lots of evidence that he either doesn't get his fact straight or is just plain misrepresenting.

ON the other subjects -- that's all right -- maybe you want free cigarettes and more deaths and people in the hospitals. maybe you just want lower price cigarettes to people will buy more of them. maybe you smoke yourself and want to be able to kill yourself more quickly with them.

now, speaking of unions -- hmmm . . . with REagan being a union buster and Reagan and the Bush's overseeing outsourcing and pay cuts -- not actively involved, but there is that atmosphere of comfort for those companies who do -- and the return of monopolies, etc. to the American scene -- and higher college education costs for the regular person -- that has offset tax cuts nicely -- let's see -- how's your road repair? -- how are your schools? -- did you notice that your police departments are understaffed now due to lack of funding? -- or maybe did you notice that property is being reassessed for higher taxes -- or maybe you have decided that you don't need good roads or police or fire protection -- that only the wealthy elite should be able to educate their children and that we peons down here below should be relegated to a sub-par high school education at best with too few teachers and poorly maintained school buildings and that we all should work 12 hours a day and that every member of the family should work, from 6 yrs old to 96 with no retirement or social security and god help us if we have health problems -- good health care should only be for the rich who can afford it.
conservatives don't think -- they only have knee jerk reactions -- don't want to pay for what they demand, such as government services.
don't think equal and quality education is necessary.
I could go on -- but that's enough for now -- you won't even begin to think anyway -- just defend your views with invalid responses.

actually sarooster you are right, I can take him over Hannity
I think Rush gets more of his facts correct then Hannity I just didn't like the comparison

Rush Limbaugh is the one place on the planet
where we can get the facts truthfully. You might not like him, but he's a straight shooter. Your points are great. Michigan may well get in line with the rest of the country soon. With Detroit and it's overwhelming minority population that will be hard but doable.

Barrett it is as simple as 1-2-3
you can take the athelete out of the ghetto but you can't take the ghetto out of the punk

Limbaugh is an asshole, comparing Detroit to Fallujah is stupid
how many goddam 19 and 20 years lost their life defending this country? They lost their life in Detroit over fucking drugs. The thugs roaming the streets of Detroit are crack head punks, don't even fucking go there, I know two kids who died over in Iraq recently fighting for us.
