Straightforward
I agree with the Voltaire quote. And like you, I like to associate myself with greatness. You must know, being a writer that one is bound to make some people uncomfortable some of the time as well as not. Tell me, what is it about my post that you find insensitive? I am very curious. Is it the language? Subject? Let me know. I love to learn and I feel that I can learn something from everyone.
I collect quotes. I don't know who said this one but I find it very apropo in our social climate of *political correctness*--(ie always having to say your sorry)....
Paraphrased. *For a land of the Free and the Home of the Brave, there sure are a lot of thin skinned people among us*.
Not comfortable with your post
I am not comfortable with your post, but like Voltaire, i may not agree with what you say but will defend to my death your right to say it. And if I may add, request for some sensitivity in this

I see you are new, that may be
why I haven't visited you yet. And that I am somewhat of a shadow blogger. Very interesting. I would add to it but I'm crabby today. I'll be back around again, welcome

Straightforward.... that's sooo true... how about without love, one can know no hate ? becuase dont you have to love something or care about something, so much that it could cause you to hate it or dislike it? Becuase if you didn't care, it wouldn't matter to you...
