I don't know ..
but today I had to lean on the horn and yell at some lady who decided that she could make her own right turn lane from the far left lane just as I'm trying to turn. I slammed on the horn and stopped long enough to watch her get a puzzled look as she was facing a car head on. It was only then that she realized maybe she should wait and when everyone is out the way she can try to turn - or better yet turn around somewhere else and try again.
