I first went platinum in 1991, and I noticed people began treating me differently,no lie!!!!!!
I perfectly love Marilyn Monroe, so I have no opposition to what my Stylist chose to do, but people do, most definitely treat me differently!
When my hair was more brown, then I was treated with more "respect" as if I actually had a brain! Now that I am platinum, I get more freebies, more breaks, more perks, but I am also treated as if I have no brain and sometimes like a Bimbo!!!!!!! And if you have read of my ordeals at Jacobs Field, you can see that the superficial factor makes it difficult to navigate as an employee as an Equal, even as other employees recognize you as a genuinely nice and sincere person . What was it my Friend "Wags" said, when I dumped??? ""Being nice will get you into Trouble, kiddo ! (what he always calls me!).

maybe that's the reason I am always dateless...in fact now that I think about it - every boyfriend I ever met, for the most part, I was a brunette or red head at the time - that's too too funny. And now that I'm blonde - I'm seriously single. Guys don't even come up to me....lol...maybe they're chicken...muhhhaaa!

Mia - the funny thing was that after I tried to go back to red - it kept
fading and for a while my hair was pink. I got cheap and had my sister recolor it for me which was first mistake - also tried to go too deep too soon (get your mind out of gutter) so I finnaly went to colorist. My 16 yr. old (14 at time) thought pink was cool though until we went to the mall and people stared at me

BTW - I'm a redhead - tried to be a blonde like my mother - but no one
paid attention to me - and some said I looked older. So I went back to my own nutmeg color. Definitely not more fun being a blonde.
