Different teachers for different purposes. Life is too busy for much pondering. The age for schooling and innocence is over. Life carries on.

as promised, some of my heros

they do change, of course, and my poem "Room to Dance" gives more clues, but here are a few:

Gandhi.  Dr. King.  Jackie Robinson.  My grandmother.  Van Morrison.  Bruce Springsteen.  Otis Redding.  The late Sam Phillips.  William Blake.  Lou Reed.  Willie Dixon.  Marvin Gaye.  Steve Buscemi.  Mikhail Bakthin.  Anna Ahkmatova.  Vladimir Mayakovsky.  Raymond Chandler.  Lucille Clifton.  Sapphire.  John Lennon. Rumi.  Truffaut.  Andre Bazin.  Elizabeth Cady Stanton.

I've forgotten many.  be well. tg

Beautiful Mysteria...

Intensely lovely writing... Ah heroes; had, have a few. They're not just for kids eh?

Mother Teresa; not because of her religion, but her totally unselfish heart and soul, the light of her love for all humanity that still is a beacon of hope and inspiration, John Mellencamp; like some of his music but mainly relate to many of his struggles, beliefs and charitable causes, John Lennon for his sincere peace efforts and his music, especially "Imagine".

Thanks for the thoughts.
