Eew, I hate the marshmallow infested kind, too!!
I made them for the fam, me hub and kidlets a few days ago, and just baked, right out of the skin, I swear to you I couldn't stop eating them. It's worth a try, if you want the health benefits, for they are PACKED WITH NUTRIENTS!! If not, that's ok too. I'm almost 30 and just got to tryin' them 'cause I was haunted by the Thanksgiving goop.

No to those sweet taters! Yuck! My Mom makes them with marshmallows floating on top at Thanksgiving. They give me the freakin heeby jeebies. Love pasta though.

Ahhh, me too. Also yummy, Italians are.
Eventually I will get to my recipe for homemade pasta stuffed with a sweet potato puree, ahh, heavenly. And I have the single best recipe I have come across for fettucini alfredo, all in under 30 minutes. mm mm mmmm mmmm mmmmmmmmmm! ( I myself am Polish, so eventually, we'll also get to homemade pierogi, and all the scrap soups my Grandma kept us all fed on, that to me, are the comfort foods I love most.

I love maters!
My favorite is the hot & spicy V-8. I make 75% of our food with tomatoes, but I am married to an Italian.
