I try so hard to put myself in someone else's shoes before I respond to something.  I try not to react, but it's easier said than done.  I think always just taking some time to breathe to cool off and regroup.  It's brilliant when it works though.  :)

Until you walk in someone else's shoes
you never know what they feel. Often when I see people who are angry or fighting, I wonder what it was that set them off that morning or even years ago for them to arrive in this state. Lovely post.

That's exactly true.  We put out who we are, and the ones who stick are the one's we keep.  Sometimes we have to just let go of those who do not value us in the way we deserve.

Foxy

It is hard to find those of like mind when we have strong convictions.  I know I don't have to tell you this, but stand strong in your tracks and you will find those you can connect with in a real and genuine way.   Good for you!  I totally understand.  It's the issue of quality vs. quantity.

Intergraty is very important to me and so I don't have many friends. Being very strong comes naturally to me and so I don'T have mant friends. Looks like they will continue to walk away! Oh well. their loss!

temple i get the impression you've

been on both ends of that phone call.  all we can strive for is to present who we are with no holding back.  others will accpet us or walk away.

It's funny how everything can change, inside you...your perspective...when you look at people and realize what they show doesn't really tell.  Thanks for reading, doll. :)

yeah.  that's what i have to say.  I  have, before, looked at other people and thought, They have it easy.  Big envy problem.  But I've stopped doing this so much over the past few years.  What the hell do I know what they deal with?  And I've got it not so bad.  So what you say - yeah.
