If Passionflower thinks you worry, she should live in my head for a day.  Aren't dogs amazing things?

so really... anything going on with you?

Sheesh... you have more ups and downs than a yo-yo factory.  The Boy has stolen your heart... it's the whole uniform thing, isn't it?  Not hard to sell you on a sailor.  I suppose I can lend you to him, considering he seems like a good guy, so consider yourself naval-lent.

seriously, though, I was sorry to hear about the job situation, but at least you seemed to make a cool friend out of the deal.  The bitter makes the sweet sweeter, my friend.  Good things on the horizon.

Temple, if not Italy, then how about a wild horseback ride? My new post.

My Grandma and (great)Aunt got together an paid the arrears on my heat bill. They giggled and called it a "housewarming" present. "Don't be silly, we've all been there. Why I can remember when....."

Benzinha, I try to show my thought process a little.

Sometimes the post itself helps me put it all together.  I try to write when I really don't want to, because that's when I need it the most.

I laughed so hard at the thought of that puppy with the speaking bunny!  Jake's bunny squeaks and it was funny to watch him do it.  He got bored later and pulled all the bunny's stuffing out, including the plastic squeaky things!  There was bunny all over my office, poor bunny.

Picking up each other's burdens, exactly right.  Exactly true.  I think, if we can't take care of each other, what chance to we have taking care of other people in the world.  I've missed you Abuelita!  Take us on a trip...how about Italy?

Glad it was better, breathing is important!  The small stuff does indeed happen.  I truck along mostly okay, but add overtired to it and everything happening at once and blam!  It all gets wonky.  Finding recovery is always the lesson in the experience...or one of them.  In spite of the blasted migraine, I'm smiling today :)

Temple, you used paragraphs! Lovely reading. You write posts a little like

I do, telling of the difficulties in life and then finding the good inside it all and ending on as positive a note as possible.

A black lab puppy who lives in the garden guest house came into my house and stole a bunny that I had bought last Easter. He walked up to me at my work table two days ago, looking a little sheepish, knowing that it was mine and not his, then he squeezed it in his mouth and made it say, "Ha, ha ha, Happy Easter!" over and over again while I laughed my head off. I didn't even know that it talked! So, the bunny is now his Easter present from my dogs. As I work away too long at my clay table, I hear faint "Ha, ha, ha Happy Easter!" sounds out in the back garden.

Dogs, unconditionally hysterical when needed.....take two and call me in the morning. What a lovely boss. "Picking up each other's burdens," like I mentioned the other day. You are blessed and life is good.

That is better. Now I know when to draw breath.
This post was lovely and hopeful in spited of the blasted migraine. Ema sounds like a gem and the boy and his letters sound wonderful. Don't sweat the small stuff. It happens.

Passionflower
I don't usually worry until things come to a head.  I see the good in people, true, but I'm not blind.  I consider it to be one of my strengths.

I'm sorry for your migraine. You're worrying too much about the bills and things. You have to stop worrying so much. You have a propensity to see people the way you want them to be instead of the way they truly are. It's a weakness that you should watch out for.
