That place used to exist
but it doesn't anymore. Everyone is too worried someone will arrest them for doing anything to a kid anymore. We're not supposed to touch the little darlings anymore. Of course I did, but that was back in the 80's and I didn't spank her in a public place. She was way too terrified of me to ever do anything bad in public with me around. Not that I beat the crap out of her daily or anything. I think my daughter only got 3 spankings in her life, and 2 of them were when she was a toddler. The last was when I caught her throwing crab apples into car windshields on the extremely busy street behind our house almost causing an accident. Oh yes I spanked her good for that one!
Most of the time when she was little she got a little hand tap and a major lecture. It's my lectures she can't stand I think. Hehehehehe

You're too late. A place like you're describing doesn't exist. There's war, crime, plaque, etc in the Phillipines and everywhere else on the planet. The whole planet is sorta like that shit you're surrounded with each day. Have a nice day.
