It is a far, far better idea for Blogit than e'er their staff has come upon

Take a look at my post for a far better idea than the niggling over comment brevity.  Rather than open the door to recriminations and false accusations, as does the
comment reporting system
(Boo! Hiss!),

my proposal
(Hear! Hear! )

addresses the underlying flaw in the Blogit system.
