Turning out a new generation of Southern Rockers..
So it’s been a couple of months since I started teaching guitar lessons. So far, so good. I’ve been lucky -- all my kids are there because they really want to learn to play the guitar. True, I am lucky, too, in that thus far they all have innate talent. I haven't run into the stump-dumb nosepicker...

So far so good...
In answer to a question posed to me by my adoptive sister, Krisles, I have to say, "So far; so good." I started teaching youngsters guitar about a month ago at our local Fine Arts Center. As I told both the kids and their parents, we aren't going to make them all rock stars in three easy lessons....

RIP Jeff Healey
Guitar great Jeff Healey left us yesterday after a long battle with cancer. He was 41.
