The Powerball Winner Bought the Ticket in My Neck of the Woods

Just a mile from my house a Powerball ticket worth $1 million dollars was sold. Lottery officials said that the November 5 ticket matched all five of the white balls drawn which were (28, 45, 53, 56, and 69). The ticket did not match the red Powerball, which was 20.
