Some laws are made for the sole purpose of picking on bloggers

Rush Limbaugh has found one such law. In one way, he has brought it on himself but still, you have to wonder how fair a law is when it's enforced selectively. I'm talking about state laws that don't allow people to carry prescriptions around that don't have their name on it. It's illegal in Utah and... Sign in to see full entry.
