Yet another new editing toolbar
The toolbar has been improved to work well in all current browsers, and to be easier to view and use. I hope you enjoy it!
Spellcheck now happens as you type, so the separate spellcheck button has been retired. In most browsers, a possible misspelling will be underlined in red.
To see correct spelling suggestions:
- On Windows, please click the right mouse button on the word.
- On a Mac, please hold down the Control key while clicking the word.
- On some devices or browsers, you may only need to click or tap the word.
New emojis, which were a common request, have been added, and can now be made larger without loss of quality. There are also security improvements, which aren't very exciting, but help keep everyone on Blogit secure.
If something isn't working correctly, or could be improved further, please let me know.
Sep 19 Update: the original emoticons are now available as an option, and an issue with Chrome for Windows not showing spellcheck suggestions has been fixed (thanks to Sea_Gypsy for the report).
