HAS IT REALLY BEEN ONLY THREE YEARS --

It seems like 13 years. President Bush will begin a tour this week of observing the third year anniversary of our war in Iraq. He will continue to try to persuade us to stay the course -- a course that on the third month after the war started He declared combat is over. Now nearly three years later,...
