ELECT JUDGES AND UN AMBASSADORS

like the Catholic Church does the Pope. This continuing filibuster of the Democrats, and the battle over Bolton as UN Ambassador makes me wonder if we wouldn't be better off doing as the Roman Catholic Church does in electing the Pope.
