TRYING TO MAKE THE SENSE OF

I want to start a new blog deleating entirely the entire blog TRYING TO MAKE THE SENSE OF. i want to delter the name the address and the catagory having onl the new blog displayed. I started a new blog and now I have two. I only want the last blog displayed what do i do?
