Photo help

Can anyone tell me how to insert a photo into my blog if I do not have Internet Explorer, therefore, do not have the toolbar that most people use. I have a photo both on my computer and on the web. I've put it in my Nosey Flynn blog as a link but I'd like to just put the picture there.
