Trick or Treat - North Korean Style
Today N. Korea announced that its diplomat will return to the table for nuclear energy (bombs) talk. Is North Korea for real or is this just a Halloween trick? We don't know for sure, but we will find out when they return to the table. I wonder if they will bring any Halloween Candy to share....
