Jalapeno Pepper Home Remedy

Hello, Friday. There's still a sinus migraine throwing a party behind my eyes and nose. Searched for home remedies online - my favorite so far is: " For a sinus headache, eat a jalapeno pepper as soon as possible. My New Doctor

In the Waiting Room

The rheumatologist's waiting room is brightly lit with fluorescent bulbs - the kind that buzz constantly to the point where I can't tell if it is really my ears ringing. Stinky Moccasins

Today I have the appointment with the doctor who specializes in fibromyalgia and chronic pain. It took almost two months to get in to see him. He comes highly recommended. Hello Fibro. Cruising through the day. The cold hurts my bones. Hurts to sit still and it hurts to keep moving. The pain is worse at night. Even my mouth hurts. Laugh at Your Problems - Everyone Else Does.

Irrigation pipe busted today which created a flow of water like the Niagara Falls in our front yard. My kindly neighbors stopped over to investigate what in the world was turning the sidewalk into a raging river. I scooted out from the crawl space on all fours, sans shower for a good 3 days, and...
