Let me get this straight: The new priority for New Orleans is to fill the city with police and guardsmen, which will be done immediately, but the government and FEMA, after four days, can't manage to get enough food, water or evacuation transportation to the people...is this right? What the hell is going on? We were able to figure out how and why to drop supplies to the people of Afghanistan when we were crushing the Taliban.
