It was on the menu tonight. Large, tender potatoes, oiled and baked in foil, served piping hot with a variety of toppings. Broccoli is a favorite and there was also some shredded cheddar cheese, butter, sour cream, bacon bits and onions. Salt and pepper made it complete. Funny how food can be so...
