Sneaking in the back door?
I just received an email about a very scary thing going on in state legislatures - especially Arkansas. Since the public has come out so strongly against homosexual marriage, the homosexual movement is trying a different tactic by using the old ERA Amendment to get what they want. In the first place, equal rights are already provided within the Constitution and there is no need for extra protection as long as we enforce what's already on the books.
