I will be finishing up paralegal school in the next couple of weeks, at which point I can look for a better-paying job, or stay where I am and seek up move up to something that doesn't involve answering phones and endless interruptions. The verdict is in: I am officially a graduate student. I will be attaining a master's of education degree in teacher leadership. Classes begin this June. I am so excited. Quicky-loo update, friends: I got a raise - in both hours and pay - at work last week, and I've been really happy ever since. Things are definitely turning around work-wise. I'm considering doing substitute teaching to save more money and get my financial affairs in order. It will also keep me in my career field.
