There was an accident and a death and I am very upset because the stupid cop didn't give the drunk that hit and KILLED my cousin my twelve year old cousin who was just on a bike ride minding her own business when this bastard drunk decided to run her over. And the wonderful cop who knew the drunk didn't bother to give him a breathalyzer and gather evidence to convict him.
