I’m totally making this. And here I was all excited about my tofu-mushroom-cabbage concoction of yesterday. To be fair, it was lovely stirred into a humble ramen bowl, but what you’ve made is a siren call to heartier fare.

With you on the mashed potatoes, though. There can be no greater love. Egg noodles are a satisfactory switch, but honestly… how can one deny a good mash??

Looks great, Sherri. You are quite a good cook! I used to make something like that with steak years ago. The butcher had told me about the onion soup packet technique. It was an easy go-to for a dinner back then with the kids. Still sounds great.
