Re: sam444, we watch videos on cars found in rivers with people in them.

Adventures with Purpose really opened our eyes after they featured a video on YouTube on the Monongahela River. There were like 50+ cars underwater. They have cases from all over the US, most solved, some still remain unsolved. https://adventureswithpurpose.com/?

Re: Yes, Goldiec, the Mon flows north into the Allegheny and Ohio Rivers

In the south the Monongahela River is met by the Cheat and Youghiogheny Rivers. So, that bomber could be anywhere by now.

That is something. I wonder where it ended up.

Closure would be nice and somehow, it smalls of a coverup for some reason, to me.

Wow! I've read stories about cars being found in rivers but never an airplane. I suppose it will never be resolved. Sometimes a good mystery makes for great theories. I do believe the families would benefit from closure though!

Wow, that is an incredible mystery. Unless there was a massive storm that may have moved it. All this time, and no remains were found. Again wow.

That’s a strange mystery. What is stranger is what was the plane doing in that area in the first place?

Good Afternoon

Sherri, this truly is a mystery.  Does your river go into another body of water?  I could only hope that they find the answers.  There are so many questions that have never been answered.  It's like the Bermuda Triangle.  Weird things happen there.  I hope you have a good day.

I wonder how deep the river is I suppose it could have swallowed the plane and covered it with silt etc. One would have thought the mystery would have been solved out of curiosity.🦋
