Re: True Story!

This was true. Rocky wouldn't hurt a fly. I wondered maybe he knew without water the cricket would die so he saved him? Arizona is a very hot dry treacherous place in the summer. Who knows why:)

Re: Re: Re: Thanks:)

This is absolutely true. Rocky would let him go but kept an eye on him. He`d snatch him up again if he hopped too far. I thought maybe since the bug was used to 90 degree weather with the air conditioner in the semi made it too cold so the cricket enjoyed the dog`s moist hot mouth:) I read when we got home that crickets like hot moist conditions. My only wonder was the digestive juices in his saliva. That`s a miracle it didn`t kill it. But I seen the cricket it was fine actually a redish coat of hair on it. Not like our blackish crickets out east. Rocky was my Rotty too:) He was a big gental giant:)

That is amazing...and I do hope the cricket found himself a Lady friend at his new home. A great story that I really enjoyed.
