Everyone has an interest in sociology whether they know it or not. How many of you have asked or wondered what the unwritten rules of society are and how you have learned them? How many of you have grown up feeling you have to fit into society a certain way...do things a certain way...act a certain way? How many of you have pleasure, curiosity, interest, anxiety, stress, uncertainty about different social situations and interactions? If you have answered 'I have' to any of these questions, then you will enjoy my blog Socio-Freakology. These are things that may or may not have been taught in school, but somehow we all know about these unwritten rules of society. My goal is to log these unwritten (and sometimes taboo) rules of society and to hear your thoughts as well as to learn how these societal rules differ from culture to culture within the U.S. and around the world.</description><sy:updatePeriod>hourly</sy:updatePeriod><sy:updateFrequency>1</sy:updateFrequency><sy:updateBase>2000-01-01T12:00+00:00</sy:updateBase><items><rdf:Seq><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/392952" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/391228" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/390657" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/389927" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/389614" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/388774" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/388144" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/387840" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/387214" /><rdf:li resource="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/386952" /></rdf:Seq></items></channel><item rdf:about="https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/392952"><title>Sharing a Drink</title><link>https://www.blogit.com/Blogs/Blog.aspx/socio_freakology/392952</link><description>I am sure everyone has been put in the position or has put someone in the position where they are asked or ask to share a drink. I had not seen him for awhile and wanted to know what he was up to. The response I received was very concerning and somewhat shocking.
