Diet bars

Is there a brand of diet bars that does not have nuts in them. I can't have nuts! I have found a few diet bars, but they are hard to find. Learning to do pull-ups

Tried to do a pull-up. I did lift up a little and someone told me they were impressed. Now I am pumped up to try harder to lift heavier weights so one day I can do better pull-ups.
