...yes, I do know that 1200Calories is the minimum and that's what I aim for--that or higher...I am so obsessive about it partly b/c I am eating normal foods rather than diet foods(which I can't stand and  ? how healthy 'no fat' etc, type foods are)--but it is a major adjustment re proportions of foods and making myself conscious of what I am eating....

you know that 1200 calories is the absolute minimum right?
http://www.thebeehive.org/health/healthcalc.asp?calc=calorie you can try this or a similar site to find out what your RDI is for gradual weightloss... (less likely to rebound)
