Yep, that's it: last exam today at 5h30 pm. And then, the practicum. I'm so looking for the "after exam"! I might even go for a drink with some colleagues. As for the practicum, the school seems to be in a rough neighbourhood, but the classes are quite small: 15 students in core French and 20 in...

GOLD! GOLD! GOLD!
We've done it: we won the gold medal for ice hockey! We now have 14 gold medals, that's one more than the Russian record of 13! It was a great game and I must say both teams played well....Canada just played a bit better. Go!CANADA!GO! (I know it's not very Canadian like...but....Hey! It's only once...

What a great day!
What a great day it's been for Canada yesterday: gold in skating, gold in curling and gold in snow boarding! And on top of it, we know the cousin of Jasey-Jay Anderson (gold medal snowboard); he went to school with Son and lives about 5 minutes from here! How much closer to fame could we get! LOL...

GO! Women!Go!
At least that's what Canadians should say! The Canadian Women Hockey team won gold! Once more! Actually, the 2/3 of the Canadian Olympic Medals were won by women this year! Good think Canada recognizes women as equal to men! Tschüs, Auslander

The pit-fall of honesty
Oh well, it's done. And I'm not too too sure how it went, I mean the interview with the school board. I think it went well enough until they asked me why I quit teaching at the univ. One of the interviewers was a principal, so, it's always delicate to let then know that I quit because I didn't see...

Back from the camp!
It was really something, this winter camp! WOW! We had no time to waste in there: wake up call at 7h00, Breaky at 7h30, then bus to down hill ski by 8h15, return to base at 11h30 after lunch, then cross country ski, then super, then back outside for more activities such as snowshoing,...
