I am a Cherokee, a retired U. S. Army Sergeant Major, a Vietnam Vet, a musician, a substitute teacher, and a fiction writer. The Blue Cove Incident is my first mystery, action, high tech, novel. I am currently re-writing a second, The Hunt, and have started a third, The Only Option.
I have just recently become interested in Blogging, and to be truthful, this was the second blogging outfit I came to on the inter-net. I figured it was worth paying dues for a month or two too see how it works. I'm still learning how to manipulate the system so my style should improve over time.
I'm married, have a daughter, an associate engeneer with a defense contractor, and a son, in the army, currently assigned to the 3rd Bde, 9th Cavalry, 1st Cavalry Division. He just returned from his first tour in Iraq, and will probably see at least two more before it's all said and done. My wife is the International and National Installation Coordinator for a playground construction, installation company.
Most of my military career was spent with Special Operations Units, the 5th, 7th, 10th, and 20th Special Forces Groups. I also served my required two years pushing basic trainees through basic combat training. I'm a school trained jumpmaster, down hill sky instructor, Ferrier, and all around good guy. I look forward to my time with ya'll, short or long.
