LENA HUNT MABRA

Lena Hunt Mabra is a freelance writer and her published works may be found in the books titled, God's Way for Mothers and God's Way for Teens.  These books can be found in Christian bookstores, Barnes and Noble, Borders, the stores' websites, amazon.com, or directly from the publisher.  You may also find her published and nonpublished works at spiritualtraveler.com, whimsplace.com, ugogurl.com, and faithwriters.com. Her 152 page e-book, The 80-20 Plan, Wellness for Women, was written to complement the personal training, life coaching, and nutrition program that she offers to clients.

Recently, her work was selected by David Bach, best-selling author of  "Automatic Millionaire", "Smart Couples Finish Rich", and "Smart Women Finish Rich" and she will receive a latte mug for her comments on "The Latte Factor".

Lena is a homeschooling mother of three children, ages 13, 12, and 6.  She has worked for thirteen years in the field of Health and Wellness.  As a Personal Trainer, Life Coach, and Fitness Instructor, she has gained much experience in working with people.  This has provided plenty of writing material.

Her experience and college education includes a degree in Business Administration, Fine Arts, and  Kinesiology/Sports Medicine.  Add to this mixture her love to travel and you have a writer who can write on just about any topic!  Her current assignments include working as a photojournalist to the island of Cozumel and the possibility of ghost writing for a professional hockey player.
