Wow! There are too many to list. Elizabeth Berg is my favorite. I like popular fiction with literary merit like Anita Shreve, Annie Proulx, Elizabeth Berg, Italo Calvino.

There are so many good books. Nietzsche's The Gay Science, Annie Lamott's Bird by Bird, Rilke's Letters to a Young Poet, and I must include Where the Red Fern Grows.

I occasionally read food and wine mags, and I always buy a Vogue or In Style when I'm about to get on an airplane.
