My corner of Pennsylvania has me framed as a new wife, a floral designer, a sensitive daughter, a sweet daughter-in-law, a close sibling, a hesitant artist, and a timid writer. Unframed, I appear more like the battling borderline, a self-conscious sloth in league with other personalized demons. I have less enemies than I imagine and more potential than I believe. Religion has ruined me, yet Faith has pulled me together. I value integrity and truth, grace and love. Lately, I’ve been striving (though it goes against my nature) to become an optimist, to make choices not based on what frightens me less, and to live, dream and write in ways closer and closer to the heart of the Divine.
