I offer expert advice on the latest diet fads, their advantages and disadvantages; the latest findings on what is healthy to eat and what is not. For example, latest research conclusively shows that eating 3 ounces of red meat every day can lead to cancer of the colon--no ifs or buts.
I am not a registered dietician, but my advantage over one is that I have been writing about and diligently researching Health & Nutrition research for at least four years. I also consult medical experts on a regular basis to learn from them--unfortunately, they have never tried to learn from me, leaving my rather extensive database of nutrition knowledge untouched by the experts but available to the layman who cares to to take advantage of them!
