Me? Okay, what to say, what to say... i am a free thinker. Much of my time, personally and professionally, is spent researching, writing, reading, and asking gabillions of questions. I'm almost never satisfied with my creations except for the fact that i have a type A personality and speed forward when i should stay until satisfied; but, i think this trait is important in that it led me to my practice of meditation and ultimately to an intense need to create with the energy needed and the perfect toolbox of techniques to calm my speeding thoughts, to rest from them, to take care of my health with high energy foods, and to swim every morning at the club. Now that I am in my fifties, and my girls are essentially enjoying life on their own terms, I am for the first time "single" and enjoying the space to rearrange, discard, revisit and to explore where very few have gone before me... lol... j/k kinda.
