Born in England in 1941 I emigrated to Canada in 1963, where I met my wife Brenda ( a nurse at Montreal Children's Hospital. We now have 3 children and 2 grand children.
For 30 years I taught Chemistry at John Abbott College. Ste Anne de Bellevue, Quebec during which time I designed a novel approach to the teaching of chemistry known as P.S.Chem. It gave me a little local fame but no fortune.
Since my retirement(2 years ago) I have found more time to follow my other interests. Rather than writing chemistry texts I have attempted some fiction - a children's story ( The Drustone), a police story (A Tanner Each Way), a romance ( The Xmas Scar)and a Sci-Fi(Alphega).None have been submitted for publication.
I also design cryptic crosswords and these can be accessed on the Web (http://www3.sympatico.ca/harold.wilson)
I am a sports nut and have taken up golf since retirement. I have played and coached rugby, soccer and cricket. I still play broomball. and run a little. Plans are afoot to go to Germany in 2006 for the World Cup.
